Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At TAFREE, we stand by the quality of our homegrown streetwear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with returns and exchanges. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Return & Exchange Period

  • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Requests made after the 3-day window will not be entertained.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a successful return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • The product must be free from any stains, odors (perfume/detergent), or damage.

4. Shipping & Logistics Fee (Deduction)

  • Returns: For all return requests resulting in a refund, a flat Logistics & Handling Fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the original invoice amount.

  • Exchanges: We offer one free exchange per order (subject to stock availability). If a subsequent return is requested after an exchange, the ₹100 fee will apply.

  • Initial Shipping: Any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC).

  • If approved, your refund (minus the ₹100 logistics fee) will be processed.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, Card, or NetBanking).

  • COD Orders: You will be asked to provide your bank details or UPI ID for a bank transfer.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged product or the wrong design/size, we will replace it at no additional cost.

  • Mandatory Requirement: To claim a refund or replacement for damages, an unboxing video is mandatory. This video must clearly show the package being opened for the first time and the defect in question.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during a Clearance Sale, Flash Sale, or marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.

  • Free gifts, stickers, or promotional items are non-returnable.
